Amazon #1 bestseller American OZ is being re-launched in July and followed by the end of summer by The Story Cycle. An avalanche of publicity has splashed both across several newspaper front pages – including the Chicago Tribune – and resulted in TV, radio, and national podcast appearances.
Both American OZ and The Story Cycle are getting AMAZING publicity. The Chicago Tribune splashed a story and photos across the front page of the A + E (Arts) section and I was featured on WGN Radio twice with Tribune Columnist Rick Kogan and radio legend John Records Landecker. I was also on WLS-Radio with “Big John” Howell and Chicago Public Radio, WBEZ’s “Reset.” I was on WGN-TV Morning News and podcasts with The Hidden Truth and Frommer’s Travel Show (American OZ will be featured on July 4th).
While I was on The Story Cycle: Bicycling Route 66 Chicago to LA in Covid’s Deadliest Time, I made the front-page centerpiece of the Arizona Daily Sun in Flagstaff and the Santa Monica Daily-Press in California. I met an old friend, Steve Pokin, at the Springfield News-Leader in Missouri and he wrote a Gannett column on me and The Story Cycle/American OZ.
