2.1 The Agreement will commence on the date of signature of the Terms and Conditions and will remain in effect until (i) the conclusion of all services requested by the Developer under this Agreement or (ii) the prior termination of the Agreement remains in effect. Both parties agree that during the performance of the contract and for a period of two years, they may not recruit, employ or hire, directly or indirectly, a person who has been an employee or advisor of the other party during the period under consideration. In the event that a party employs or hires a person in breach of the provisions of this provision, it shall pay to the other party, as lump sum damages, an amount equal to twice the annual salary and/or remuneration of the person employed or employed by the other party during the immediately preceding twelve months.
